How to Complete the Application Form: A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Access the Application Form

  1. Visit our Website: Start by visiting Uselect Finance.

  2. Navigate to Partner Section: Click on the "Partner" tab where you will find our form and tools.

  3. Retrieve Password: Use the provided password to access the application form.

Step 2: Start the Application

  1. Open the Form: Once the application form loads, you will see it consists of 13 pages.

  2. Borrower Requirements and Objectives: On the first page, enter the refinancing details or specify if the loan is for an owner-occupied property. All Requirements and Objectives are based on the applicant's actual situation.


Step 3: Fill Out Borrower Details

  1. Personal Information: Enter your name, date of birth, marital status, number of children, and contact details.

  2. Mailing Address: If your mailing address is the same as your current address, select the appropriate option.


Step 4: Complete Loan Product Details

  1. Loan Purpose: Specify if the loan is for refinancing or another purpose.

  2. Loan Details: Enter the product details, including if it is principal and interest or interest-only.

  3. Broker Information: Provide the broker's name, company, email, and phone number.


Step 5: Provide Address History

  1. Current Address: Fill in your current address and how long you have resided there.

  2. Previous Addresses: If you have lived at your current address for less than three years, provide your previous addresses to cover the past three years.


Step 6: Employment Details

  1. Current Employment: Enter details about your current job, including employer name, ABN, and nature of the business.

  2. Previous Employment: If you have been at your current job for less than three years, list your previous employment details.


Step 7: Other Assets and Liabilities

  1. Assets: List any additional assets, such as other properties or savings accounts.

  2. Liabilities: Include details about any credit cards, loans, or other liabilities.


Step 8: Monthly Expenses

  1. HEM Expenses: Fill out any expenses

  2. Non HEM Expenses: Include insurance costs and any other regular monthly expenses.

Step 9: Security Details

  1. Property Information: Enter details about the property being refinanced or purchased, including estimated value and address.

Step 10: Sign the Application

  1. Signatures: Both the broker and the applicant need to sign the application in the designated sections.

  2. Date: Ensure all signatures are dated correctly.


Final Review

  1. Review Application: Double-check all entered information for accuracy.

  2. Submit: Once everything is complete and verified, submit your application form as instructed.
