How to Start Submitting an Application: A Step-by-Step Guide

Welcome to Uselect Finance! Whether you are applying for a purchase, refinance, or pre-approval, this guide will walk you through the initial procedure of generating the credit guide and often valuation.

Step 1: Access the bot
1. Locate the Chatbox: Find the chatbox in the right-low corner of the webpage.
Step 2: Initial Questions in the Chatbox
1. Select "Upfront Val/Scenario/App (Broker Only)."
2. Select "Credit Guide or/and Order Valuation."
Step 3: Enter Broker Details
1. Broker ID: Enter your six-digit broker ID.
2. Broker Email: Provide the email address associated with your Uselect Finance accreditation.
Step 4: Product and Applicant Information
1. Select Product: Choose your product (e.g., Prime Delta/Prime Alpha etc)
2. Enter Applicant Name: Use the format first name, middle name, and last name (last name in capital letters).
3. Applicant Email: Ensure each applicant has a unique email address as an applicant will receive the document immediately once you finish this and a signature from the applicant is required.
Step 5: Property Details
1. Full Address: Enter the full property address in the specified format. For pre-approval, input"TBA."
2. Estimated Value: Input the estimated property value (e.g., 1 million).
Step 6: Valuation Information
1. Contact: Provide the contact details for the valuation (e.g., contact name and phone number to access the property).
2. Valuation Company: Select a specific valuation company or select a random pick.
Step 7: Final Steps
1. Submit Request: The credit guide and valuation request (if applied) will be sent to the applicant's email immediately.
2. Check Email: Remind applicants to check their junk/spam mailboxes for these documents.
Conclusion
Two documents would be sent to the applicant's email in separate emails. "Credit Guide and Quote" requires the signature of the applicant after review. And "upfront valuation request form" is a signature required from the applicant as well as the valuation fee (payment method is in the document sent).
Also, the broker is required to upload the related document as the "upfront valuation request form" is CC to the broker for the action.
